The 14,022nd and final Lamborghini Gallardo, a Rosso Mars LP 570-4 Spyder Performante, has rolled off the assembly line and into the garage of a private owner marking the end of an era for the raging bull.

Hard to believe the car had been with us for a decade, they grow up so fast!

The Gallardo came in many trims over its life, though it generally occupied the slot of the "accessible" Lamborghini... that term of course being relative. The car was most significant for the Italian automaker because it elevated their level of output dramatically. As discussed in the press release below, Lambo's yearly sales surged 800% during "the decade of the Gallardo."

Succeeding it will be the Cabrera, the final form of which has yet to be realized.
